PTIC collects the following personal information:  First Name, Surname, Email address, attendance at PTIC meetings and recording in the notes of meetings.

We collect this information when you register to attend a PTIC meeting via www.pti.org.uk or the Eventbrite website, or otherwise let us know that you would like to receive information about PTIC meetings.  Occasionally someone within the public transport community will provide contact details of someone else they would like invited to a PTIC meeting.  The contact information is also kept on the ptic-list email mailing for occasional communications between meetings or that are not suitable for distribution via Eventbrite.  

Email addresses will not be used for other purposes and will not be provided to anyone else.

All Eventbrite invites give the recipient the opportunity to un-subscribe and we will also remove the email address of anyone who requests it.

Personal information will be checked from time to time to remove any information of people known to have changed their role or whose emails have not been delivered.
